Processing Time
All orders are processed within a maximum of three business days from the date of the order.
Shipping Schedule for Dry Items
Non-frozen orders received from Monday to Friday will be shipped out the next business day.
Undeliverable Packages or Failed Deliveries
Any package that remains undeliverable by UPS or USPS will be returned to our store. Upon receiving the return, we will authorise a refund for all items ordered, excluding the shipping fee. Customers still interested in receiving their items must place a new order.
